team of incredible cooks, chefs, & local entrepreneurs… all with independent talents & gifts in their own right!!!
Nikki's Simple Kitchen started with just one (1) employee, and in three years, have graduated to a total of nine (9).
Led by BOH Expedite Manager, Natalie Williams
(Owner of Mama’s Lasagna’s, Memphis, TN)
FOH Crew Captain, Jennifer McClellan,
(Owner of JM Events, Memphis, TN), they help ensure that this team thrive to honor the foundation & principles of what Nikki's Simple Kitchen embodies.
They are not just a mighty team but have bonded into a loving FAMILY (literally), always looking out for each other & working together to get the job done, ensuring that every customer have a stellar Nikki's Simple Kitchen experience!
While always providing excellent customer service, they aim to make sure you are fed with a warm smile, great knowledge of food service/food safety, & astute professionalism.
